ST PATRICK’S GOSPEL CHOIR

The St.Patrick’s Gospel Choir was formed in 2005 to provide music of a contemporary gospel style for the 5pm Mass at St.Patrick’s Church in Soho Square. It believes that the “iPod generation” has very high musical expectations, and that it therefore requires churches to provide contemporary music to the very highest standards of composition, performance and production that are possible.

The Choir Director is Tracey Campbell, who could well be Britain’s finest gospel alto, and who is also an extraordinarily gifted arranger of music, director of choirs and motivator of singers in all contexts. Tracey has worked with a galaxy of performers, ranging from Mariah Carey to Cece Winans (in 2000 at the Vatican).

The Choir sang at Bright Lights last year to great response and we look forward to their return
